Big Beaver Chillout

Join 100 beaver scouts from across the district for a great afternoon of fun, friends and excitement. The weather might be frosty but with a toasty campfire and heated marquees beavers can warm their hands.

Booking
- Please ensure that your beaver scout's name is the ticket holder as you book
- A mobile phone number must be included so that we could contact you if we need to 
- Once booked, tickets are not refundable. You could swap the ticket to another beaver scout. Please let us know if you do this
- If there's anything that we should know, such as a medical condition or allergy, please enter this information at the time of booking. 

What to wear
- beaver jumper and necker
- wellies or walking boots
- coat
- gloves and a hat

Drop-off and pickup
- park in Moor House layby and walk down to the camp site
- parents and carers should wear suitable footwear for the 10 mins walk
- check-in opens from 12.15pm, the event starts at 1.00pm
- beavers should be collected from the site at 5.00pm

Weather
- our event will go ahead in the rain or snow - wear suitable clothes!
- in the event of very extreme weather, we will contact you by text message with information the night before the event
